 The Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) is an economic immigration program that nominates people, who currently living and working in Alberta, for permanent residence in Alberta 

 Express Entry is an online system that Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) uses to manage applications for permanent residence from skilled workers. Express Entry candidate(s) directly gets an ITA based on cutoff score 

 Provinces and territories (PTs) that operate a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) can nominate candidates through the Express Entry pool, in addition to nominating foreign nationals to the existing paper-based process.  The Express Entry PNP candidates first needs to get nominated by a province and then after getting 600 points he/she gets and ITA . 

If you are a Canadian citizen or person registered in Canada as an Indian under the Canadian Indian Act or permanent resident of Canada. You can sponsor certain relatives to come to live, study and work in Canada
